I’m Sade Kelly, an Executive Coach, Time Management Coach, and the CEO & Founder of The Fire Inside, where I help professionals and entrepreneurs overcome procrastination, build focus, and design intentional lives.I was born in Queens, New York, and my expertise in time management and productivity grew from both my corporate and entrepreneurial experiences. I spent six years in corporate advertising managing multimillion-dollar campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Mercedes-Benz, and Comcast Business. At the same time, I was building side hustles—a personal development blog (The Fire Inside), an e-commerce business, and professional networking events—that ultimately laid the foundation for my career as a coach.

In 2017, I decided to transition fully into coaching and officially launched The Fire Inside as my flagship platform. Today, I’m best known for my program and workbook, Overwhelmed to Organized, which provides ambitious professionals with practical frameworks to reclaim their time and create balance between work and life. My coaching journey has been featured in Business Insider (sharing how I turned a side hustle into a six-figure business), The Guardian (discussing productivity and chronic lateness), Teachable’s Creator Stories, Comcast Rise, and EPYC Media.

Alongside coaching, I’m also a speaker and podcast guest. I’ve had the honor of presenting at events such as the Play in Your Radiance Summit, Teachable Live, and various wellness-focused workshops. I’ve also shared strategies on time mastery and productivity as a guest on The Anxiety Reset Podcast, The Purpose of Money Podcast, The Gutsy Podcast, and The Dallas Travers Show.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University (2007) and professional certificates from the American Marketing Association and the Student Leadership Institute. I’m also an active member of the CoachCompare directory, the Teachable Creator Community, and EPYC Media.Through my work, I aim to inspire ambitious women, entrepreneurs, and professionals to take control of their time and create lives they truly love.
